EXCHANGE POLICY:

You may exchange items within 3 days of receiving your package. You MUST request an exchange by sending an email to rma_requests@promotees.com. We will send you an RMA # within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri). Items returned must be UNWORN, UNPERSONALIZED WITH NAMES (unless we made a typo), and in ORIGINAL packaging. The RMA # we issue should be written on outside of package and on paperwork included in package. Packages without an RMA # on box will be refused.

Your RMA # email will contain all details on how to ship item to us.
